According to the Charter, a membership cost USD 50K per year per vote. Membership gives voting power for features to be prioritized every month and to elect the Foundation’s Caretaker every second year. Members also get to vote out a Caretaker that runs the Foundation into a deficit. Members can also vote to include non-paying members and to change the Charter itself. Members directly decide the present and future of the ShipOS Foundation.
